There is a small 4cm step as you enter the house.

As with most Georgian houses the stairs are quite steep, but handrails are in place. There is a ground floor bedroom and shower room, although please note the latter has one 10cm steps to access.

There are two dedicated parking spaces available for guests of the house. Both spaces are 5 minute walk away / 2 minute drive. Further information will be made available upon booking.

• Private entrance

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the premises.

No animals are permitted within the premises.

A travel cot, IKEA high chair, baby bath and stair gates are available.

Children’s plastic plates, cups and cutlery are provided.

A box of toys for young children is available in the Games Room, which guests are welcome to bring into the main house.

All items are used at the guest’s own risk. The owner is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and games room.
