There are two dedicated parking spaces available for guests at the house. Both spaces are 5 minute walk / 2 minute drive. Further information will be made available upon booking.

For parking to unload outside the house, on street parking is allowed for 1 hour on St Cuthberts Street between 8am - 6pm, and opposite the house on Priest Row for 30 minutes. Please check up-to-date parking information at the time in person.

Wells is connected via the A39 through to the M5 motorway on the West, and continues through to Bath and the M4 to the North.

The A39 joins the A37 towards Bristol and the M4.

The A371 connects Wells to Weston-Super-Mare to the West, and the A303 to the South and London.

The nearest train stations to Wells are Bath Spa, Bristol Temple Meads and Castle Cary.

From Bath Spa catch the 173 or 174 bus from the bus station located next to the railway station. The bus is direct to Wells, taking approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

From Bristol Temple Meads catch the 376 bus direct to Wells, taking approximately 1 hour. The bus stop is just outside the station.

If coming into Castle Cary a pre-booked taxi is the easiest option as there is no regular bus service.

Berrys Coaches offer a daily direct service to London. The journey starts and stops at Wells Bus Station, with a number of stops in Somerset and Wiltshire, before driving directly to Hammersmith Bus Station in London, and vice versa.
