The House and Rooms

Rock House has 4 double bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests, with a bathroom, shower room, as well as an en-suite within the master bedroom. As you enter the house you’re greeted with a spacious dining room, which leads to a modern kitchen and breakfast bar. Through the French doors you’ll discover a picturesque courtyard garden and games room.

The kitchen contains: NEFF oven, NEFF ceramic hob, Bosch large fridge freezer, NEFF combination microwave, dishwasher, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses and cutlery for 8 guests, variety of pans and serving dishes, as well as childrens plates, cups and cutlery.

Other items available for use are tea towels and cloths, washing up liquid, and a handful of dishwasher tablets and washing capsules.

There is a washing machine, heated drying rack, ironing board and iron guests are welcome to use.

An IKEA high chair is available for young children.

Courtyard Garden

Games Room

  • The courtyard garden contains a Games Room, which is a relaxed space to socialise away from the main house

  • It contains a dartboard and table football

  • It is a lockable space making it ideal to store pedal bikes and children’s scooters etc if required

General Information

  • There is a small 4cm step as you enter the house.

    As with most Georgian houses the stairs are quite steep, but handrails are in place. There is a ground floor bedroom and shower room, although please note the latter has one 10cm steps to access.

  • There are two dedicated parking spaces available for guests of the house. Both spaces are 5 minute walk away / 2 minute drive. Further information will be made available upon booking.

  • Facilities and items available to use during your stay include:

    • Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner

    • Hairdryers

    • Washing machine, heated drying rack, iron and ironing board

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the premises.

  • No animals are permitted within the premises.

  • A travel cot, IKEA high chair, baby bath and stair gates are available.

    Children’s plastic plates, cups and cutlery are provided.

    A box of toys for young children is available in the Games Room, which guests are welcome to bring into the main house.

    All items are used at the guest’s own risk. The owner is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur.
